Ella was such a cutie when she was little. She is still a cutie today. Her blonde hair, brown eyes, and chubby cheeks were and are my delight. She did not smile a lot when she was little but there were many ways she showed us she was a happy and content baby. Ella loved snuggling with us. Matt held her all the time. She adored playing with Haley and Kat. She would light up when they entered the room and watch them for hours. Ella also loved eating food and she still does. She was a quiet baby who rarely cried. At this season in our life, we were busy and our plate was full. Ella went along with each day without complaint.
We got Ella’s ears pierced when she was six months old. I know people have lots of strong opinions on ear piercing. I will only say that a six month old does not fight you, you can clean and maintain healthy ears easily at this age, and we have had all of our girls pierced ears heal without any trouble.
This is the playroom at our house in Georgia. It got the most amazing light. That house had so many windows and it was really bright all the time. I loved shooting in there because the natural light was so great.
